3 c. 1/2 and 1/2
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
Pinch salt
3 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk; make paste of milk, sugar, flour and salt. Add the rest of milk and stir until thickened. Cool for 10 - 15 min. Add beaten eggs and cook 1 min. Add vanilla and cool overnight. Freeze.
