16 slices sandwich bread
8 slices boiled ham
3-4 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping: 1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Generously butter 9x13"pan. Cube bread and cover bottom of pan. Cube ham and place evenly over bread. Place shredded cheese over all. Beat eggs. Blend in milk, chopped onion, mustard, salt and dash pepper. Pour egg mixture over all layers. let stand several hours in refrigerator. Before baking, spread the crushed corn flakes over top. Drizzle on melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
