Ingredients: 1 lb. pork sausage
1 tube (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions: |
Directions:In a large skillet cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain. Unroll crescent dough onto the bottom and 1/2 in. up the sides of a lightly greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan; seal seams. Sprinkle the crescent dough with sausage.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over the sausage. Sprinkle egg mixture with the cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 º for 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. |

Notes: I found this in a Taste of Home Holiday magazine and it was great! I had all the ingredients on hand and it was super easy to make!!! I think this recipe would be great if chili's or tomatoes were added. It also states that bacon can be substituted in place of the sausage. The #1 reason we liked it is because all the kids love it, Hooray for kid friendly recipes!!!
