1 lb. pork sausage
1 lg. bell pepper
2 onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
10 stalks celery
2 cups uncooked rice
3 pkg. Lipton Noodle Soup
9 cups water
1/2 cup blanched almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion, celery and green peppers. Brown sausage. Add rice and brown thoroughly, stirring constantly. Add diced ingredients. Cook soup separately in 9 cups of water for 10 minutes. Add to first mixture. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350.

Can be made ahead and reheated.
