1 pkg. Chicken Rice-a-Roni 1/2 cup onion,chopped 1/2 cup celery, sliced 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts 1/2 cup sliced green olives 1 small jar marinated artichokes - drained 1 cup mayonnaise 1 can shrimp - drained (optional) 2 tsp. curry powder
Cook rice. Cool. Combine artichokes and mayonnaise. Add curry and mix well. Combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve
