1 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter

3 8-oz pkg cream cheese (soft)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp shredded lemon peel
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup milk

Crust: Combine graham crackers, cinnamon, and walnuts. Stir in melted butter. Press into a 8 inch springform pan.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon peel with mixer. Add eggs and beat on low until combined. Stir in milk.

Pour into crust and place springform pan on shallow baking dish and bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Loosen crust from side of pan and cool for 30 minutes. Remove the side of pan and cool completely. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
