1 c. strawberry jam
2 c. flour
3/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bow. Beat with an electric mixer at high speed for 5 min. Pour into 2 - 9" pans or one 9" x 13" pan and bake at 325.
