1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. flour
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion
4 medium potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, milk, salt, flour & cheese. Grate potatoes and add to egg mixture. Work rapidly, as potatoes will brown after grating. Place desired amount into hot greased griddle or fry pan. Cook until brown and crisp on both sides.
