2 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar


Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º.

Mix together ground beef, crackers, onion, eggs, 3/4 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. brown sugar until well blended.

Form a loaf and place on pizza pan.

Bake for 1 hour. While baking mix together remaining 1 c. ketchup, vinegar, salt, mustard and 1/2 c. brown suger.

Spread mixture over the top of the meatloaf for the last 15 minutes of baking.
