2 cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
2 large fresh tomatoes
1 large onion
3/4 c. fresh cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1/8 c. lemon juice
1 T. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Puree stewed tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and lemon juice in blender. Chop fresh tomatoes and onion to size you prefer. Add heat to your taste with Tabasco. Serve with tortilla chips.

This recipe is from Doug Loy with whom we worked at USC. He used to have a blender at work so he could make this whenever he wanted. He would put a few chips in a bowl, douse them with salsa and eat them with a spoon.
