5 c old-fashioned oats; 1 c sesame seeds; 1 c flaked coconut; 1 c sunflower seeds; 1 c slivered almonds; 1 c powdered milk; 1 c corn meal; 1 c wheat germ; 1 c cranberries,raisins or dried apples; 1/4 c chopped dates; 1 c honey; 1 c canola or safflower oil; 1 c water
Combine all ingredients. Spread out on sprayed jelly roll cookie sheet (one with sides) Cook at 275º for 45-60 minutes, stirring often while cooking.
