2 lbs beef liver 6-8 potatoes 2 cups oatmeal 1 cup rice 1/2 brown sugar 2 T. salt 1/2 tsp. clove 1/2 tsp. allspice 4 cups water
Grind liver and potatoes, Add all ingredients together. Add flour to make thick. Put in greased large tin cans. Boil 1 hour and 15 minutes in pressure cooker. Take out of can before sausage gets cold. Slice. Fry in butter on griddle. Serve with butter and sugar.
