10 Baking Potatoes, scrubbed
2 cups sour cream
4 TBL butter, softened
1 cup Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 cup green onions, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Bake potatoes, then scoop out center of potato, placing insides into large bowl. Be careful not to scoop out potato, so that it looses it's shape. Place all remaining ingredients in bowl and mix. Taste for salt, pepper and butter amounts. Place mixture back inside potato. Place potatoes on jelly roll pan and cover with foil. Bake for 45 min.
