1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything. Scoop by spoon full into heated frying pan coated with cooking oil. Fry on both sides until golden.
