1 cup rice
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups Half and Half
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups Half and Half
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cook rice salt and 3 cups half and half in double boiler for 45 min or until rice is done. After rice is cooked; beat eggs; add sugar and 3 more cups half and half and vanilla. Stir egg mixture into cooked rice; mix well. Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish. Set in pan of water to bake for 1 hour. Stir several times during baking. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
