1 c. butter
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (do not use fat-free)
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 ¼ c. flour
1 bag butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and cut into small pats. Nuke for 20 to 25 seconds. Cream pudding, sugars and butter. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add baking soda and flour and butterscotch chips. Place spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
