8 oz. uncooked penne pasta 1 T. olive oil 1 c. dried zucchini 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 c. diced red bell pepper 1/2 c. dry white wine 2 c. alfredo sauce (from jar) 10 oz. pkg. of crab or lobster
Cook pasta. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium to high heat. Add vegetables. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes, then add wine. Stir in alfredo sauce and crab or lobster. Heat until hot. Serve over cooked pasta.
