½ c. butter
1 ½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 to 12 slices of bread
8 to 9 eggs
1 ¾ - 2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in an 8 X 13 pan. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Lay bread slices in the pan. Beat eggs and a pinch of salt in a bowl and add milk. Pour this mixture over the bread in the pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut individual servings and turn upside down so the cinnamon is on top.
