1 - 9 oz. brownie mix
½ c. hot water
¼ c. oil
1 egg
2 bags mini peanut butter cups (I substitute with Rolos)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg in large bowl. Fill mini muffin pan with baking cups or spray with cooking spray. Fill cups ½ full of brownie mixture. Place 1 peanut butter cup (rolo) on top of each, push down to cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. May top with whipped cream to serve.
