I c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla
Put all ingredients in a pan, except vanilla, and bring to a slow boil. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Allow to cool and pour into container. Store in refrigerator. Best when served warm over ice-cream.
