5 c . potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced dried onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with jackets, no salt. Peel and grate to make 5 cups. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with potatoes. Bake in covered casserole dish for 40 min. at 350. Uncover, and top with grated cheese and return to oven until melted.
