2 - (8 oz.) packages cranberries, fresh
1 - orange, zest cut into strips and juiced
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat and simmer, until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 to 20 min. Serve at room temperature. Remove cinnamon stick before serving
