1 1/2 T Cornstarch
1 1/2 C Chicken Broth
1 T Soy Sauce
dash Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
Pancakes:

6 Eggs
1 med Onion, chopped
1 sm Green Pepper, diced
1 lb can Bean Sprouts, drained
2 T Soy Sauce
Shrimp, cooked, optional

Directions:
Directions:
GRAVY: In small saucepan mix cornstarch and chicken broth. Stir in soy sauce, pepper, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Boil slowly for 1 minute.
PANCAKES: Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Ladle about 1/2 cup of mixture for each pancake on lightly greased griddle. Cook until golden and flip. Serve gravy over top.

My kids loved this one, because they got to be involved in making it. This recipe dates back to the late 1960s.
