2 cups All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe, (see directions)
1 small (3-oz) red potato, cut into 1/2-inch dice
4 oz. skinless catfish or cod fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese

Prepare All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe.

Place diced potato in saucepan with water to cover; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Pour off water. Add Basic Soup and fish fillet; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until fish turns opaque. Gently stir in dill.

Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
