1 cup whipping cream 1/3 cup icing sugar 1 tsp almond flavor 1 egg white 2/3 cups chopped macadamia nuts
Whip cream with sugar & almond flavoring till soft peaks form. Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Fold egg white into cream mixture along with 1/3 cup of nuts. Spoon into dessert dishes & top with the remainder of nuts. Freeze until ready to eat.
