2 cups All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Recipe, (see directions)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cauliflower
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup drained and rinsed canned chickpeas
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. grated, peeled fresh ginger
2 tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt

Prepare All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe.

In saucepan, combine cauliflower and water; cover and cook until cauliflower is tender (do not drain). Stir in Basic Soup, chickpeas, peas, curry powder, and ginger; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4 minutes to blend flavors.

Top with yogurt to serve.
