1st layer: 1 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 3/4 c. butter 2nd layer: 12 fresh peaches, sliced 2 c. sugar 9 tbsp. flour 3rd layer: 2 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. cream
Mix 1st layer ingredients and pat in 9 x 13 in. pan. Combine 2nd layer ingredients and put over first layer. Blend third layer ingredients. Pour over second layer. Bake at 350º for one hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
