2 1/2 c. Warm Milk 5 c. Flour 1 package Fast Acting Yeast 2 tsp. Salt 2 tbsp. Sugar 1/2 c. Butter
1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. 2. Melt butter, add all other dry ingredients, and dissolved yeast. Mix together. 3. Cover and let rise 1-2 hours. 4. Shape dough into bread sticks on cookie sheets, cover let rise 20 minutes. 5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 6. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425°
