2 lbs of peeled medium shrimp
olive oil
cast iron frying pan
package of knorr's alfredo sauce follow directions

i cook this outside on the gas eye on my grill
place pan on high heat pour oil so it is 1/4 inch deep
wait about 30 seconds then sprinkle with Chef Han's blackened fish seasoning on the oil.
place shrimp one at a time in the oil.
when they start to curl up turn them over one at a time.sprinkle the shrimp with more seasoning.As soon as they are curled up remove them. continue until all shrimp are cooked. Serve with toothpicks to dip in the alfredo or place atop pasta and cover with alfredo.
