Crust:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
Glaze:
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. fruit juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cheese layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pudding layer:
1 (6 oz.) pkg. prepared vanilla pudding
Fruit layer:
Strawberries, pineapple, grapes, cherries, peaches, pears, blueberries, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust and pat into pizza pan. Bake at 300 until edges turn brown. Watch closely, takes 15 - 20 min. Cool. Add cheese layer. Add pudding. Put fruit on top. Top with glaze. Refrigerate.
