6 medium sized potatoes 2 T. butter 2 C. milk 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper
Slice potatoes. Arrange in layers in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with a mixture of salt, pepper, and flour. When dish is filled, dot with small pieces of butter. Pour in 2 cups of milk or sufficient amount to cover potatoes in dish. Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 to 375.
