3 c. apple or peach slices, slightly sweetened
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss sliced peaches or apples in lemon juice. Mix flour, oats, cinnamon, brown sugar & salt. Mix melted butter into mixture until crumbly. Bake at 375º about 20 minutes, or until fruit is tender. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
