1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion(or onion powder to taste)
garlic cloves or garlic powder to taste
1 can tomatoe soup
1 can crushed or diced tomatoes
2 cups elbow macaroni
cheddar cheese (optional)
Parmesan cheese(optional)

Directions:

Brown ground beef,onion and garlic
Boil macaroni until cooked
Drain

Mix the above together and add tomotoe stuffs.
Heat slowly to desired temperature. Sprinkle with cheese.

Boys this recipe is easy, quick and cheap. Plus you all like it both hot and cold.(go figure). It makes enough for lots of leftovers.

To make it a little fancier you can put it in a casserole dish and put cheese on top. Put in the oven for 10 min at 350 until the cheese melts and serve with garlic bread.
