1/2 c Parmesan cheese
8 oz sour cream
3 cups milk

boil noodles as directions on box
in small pan on low/med heat melt cream cheese
in milk, then add Parmesan cheese and mix well
then add sour cream. if to runny and 8 oz cream cheese to thicken
