2 lbs cheddar jack cheese 16oz. sour cream 1 bunch diced green onions 1-2 cups - mild - chunky salsa 1 can of tomato and green chili (suggested Rotel)
Grate Cheese and put into large bowl. Add 16 oz of sour cream. Add diced green onion. Add chunky salsa. Add can of tomato and green chili. Mix together and chill 1 hour. Serve with Chips, crackers or as use as a spread.
