1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C Butter, softened
1 C Sour Cream
2 Eggs
6 oz can Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed and divided
4 C All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 T grated Orange Peel

Frosting:
3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 T Butter, softened
2 C Confectioners' Sugar
1 T grated Orange Peel
1 T reserved Orange Juice Concentrate
2 T Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and eggs. Beat until well blended. Reserve 1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate for frosting. Add the remaining concentrate with combined dry ingredients to the creamed mixture; mix well. Stir in orange peel. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes. or until edges just begin to brown. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Spread a small amount over each cookie.
