1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder OR 1-2 cloves, pressed
1-1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 cup olive oil
1 or more green onions, sliced

Mix ingredients together. Pour over steak. Let stand in refrigerator 4 hours or longer.
