2-1/2 lbs. medium asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 oz. Feta cheese - crumbled (about 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Put oven rack in lower third of oven and preheat oven to 500º.

Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper in a large shallow baking pan and arrange. Roast, shaking pan once about half way through roasting, until asparagus is just tender when pierced with fork - about 4-8 minutes total.

Serve asparagus sprinkled with Feta cheese.
