2 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Butter (1/4 c or as much as your conscience will allow) 1 tsp (or to taste) garlic salt with parsley flakes or garlic salt (or powder) and dried parsley.
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, milk and cheese. Drop by tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. While baking, melt butter in a small container in microwave or stovetop. Stir in garlic salt. When biscuits are done, remove from oven and pour butter over them to drench. Serve immediately.
