Ingredients: 1 container ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 2c.shredded cheddar cheese,1c. shredded mozzaella cheese, 1c.parmessan cheese, 1 onion chopped up,2tbsp. minced garlic,2tbsp.fresh chopped parsley,1tsp. pepper,2jrs.alfredo sauce,1bx.no-boil lasagne noodles,2lbs.cooked and cubed seafood meat,1pkg. baby spinach leaves

Directions:Preheat your oven to 375f.grease a 9x13 baking dish.In a large bowl stir in 1/2 of each of the cheeses,eggs,,mix in onion,garlic,parsely and pepper.Spread some of the alfredo sauce in the bottom of the pan.Top with a layer of lasagne noodles,arrange 1/3 of the seafood meat ove the noodles,cover with 1/3 of the cheeses, and 1/3 of the spinach and then a layer of the alfredo sauce . Repeat this process 2 more times ending with the sauces on top..Sprinkle the remainder of the cheeses over the top. Give the whole pan a gentle nudge to get everything settled down.Bake, covered loosely with tin foil,45min.in the warmed up oven .Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 min., or until the top is browned. Let sit for 10-15 min. before serving. |
