1 clove shallots chopped, 1 clove garlic chopped, 2 sticks butter, 1 lemon, 1 - 2 cups white cooking wine, 1 quart heavy cream, 3 cups fresh Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup Italian parsley, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 2 pkg fettuccine noodles, May add cooked shredded or diced chicken.

Directions:
Saute shallots, garlic and 1/2 stick butter in large sauce pan. Then add 1 1/2 sticks of butter, squeeze juice in from lemon and grate lemon rind approx 1 Tbs, add white wine, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and don't let it scald. At the end add the Italian parsley and nutmeg. Prepare Fettuccine per package.
