2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 cup chicken broth, cooked chicken diced or shredded, salt, pepper, parsley, 4 cups steamed rice, 1 can chow mein noodles, 3 roma tomatoes diced, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 green pepper diced, 1 cup green onion chopped, 20oz can pineapple chunks, drained, 2 cups grated cheddar cheese, 1 cup cashew halves.

Cook chicken and dice or shred. In crock pot add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, salt, pepper and parsley to taste mix well and add chicken. Turn on high for 1 hour or low for 3 hours. Place on keep warm and serve over rice. Top with toppings.
