2 Boxes 3 oz Apricot Jello
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 12 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
1 pkg Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, jello & sugar. Add pineapple set aside to cool.

In mixing bowl add cream cheese with eagle brand milk, mix well till totally blended and somewhat fluffy. Add the jello mixture. Spray 8x11 baking dish with non stick spray. Put jello into dish and refrigerate till set.
You can sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.

Note: Sugar free jello and fat free ingredients work well with this recipe.
