2 c elbow macaroni
1 c celery, chopped
3/4 c shredded carrots
6 Tbsp snipped parsley
1 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni following package directions. Drain well & cool. Combine mayo, vinegar, salt & dill weed. Add to macaroni, celery, carrots and parsley. Toss lightly, cover and chill well. May need to add a little extra mayo before serving. Can half the recipe for a smaller amount.
