1 lb. hamburger, uncooked
2 tbsp. imitation bacon bits
1 tbsp. imitation onion
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2/3 c. instant rice
8 oz whole kernel corn, drained
Green pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble hamburger in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with bacon bits and onion. In bowl, mix tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt and pepper; pour half over beef layer. Add rice and corn to slow cooker. Pour in remaining sauce mixture. Sprinkle on green pepper if desired. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
