1 large Sara Lee pound cake - frozen
1 large pkg instant van pudding mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz Cool Whip
2 cups sliced, hulled strawberries

Slice the cake very thin and lay 1/2 slices in 13x9 pan - glass dish looks pretty. Combine the pudding, water, milk, and vanilla with electric mixer. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 over cake and cover with 1/2 strawberries. Repeat to make 2nd layer. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

Note - this is really easy to make just 1/2 recipe for a smaller dessert in case you want to serve something chocolate too! Frozen cake slices really easy with electric knife.

Also pretty to serve broken up in a trifle bowl.
