6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 C water
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 C onion
1 C sour cream
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break pasta in half, cook and drain. While still warm, combine with eggs and Parmesan cheese, place in a well-greased 10" pie plate and pat mixture up and around sides with spoon. Sauté onions in butter until limp, cool and mix in sour cream. Spread over pasta mixture. Remove sausage from casings, crumble and cook until done, drain; add tomato paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon sausage on top of sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
