2 lbs. red potatoes cut in chunks
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 C olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In Ziplock bag add all ingredients. Shake until well coated. Cook at 400 degrees on a shallow roasting pan for 40 minutes until golden brown.
