Ingredients:  
1 head cabbage finely chopped
1 Bermuda onion chopped
1 stick butter
10 C cooked rice
2 eggs beaten
Garlic salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and cabbage in melted butter. Add cooked rice and mix together. Make hole in the center of the rice and pour eggs into center. Mix eggs with rice mixture until thoroughly cooked. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. This is great with Jane's Chicken Fingers!
