8 medium tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
c. water
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
2 tbsp. light mayonaise
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each tomato into 5 wedges, leaving connected at base. In covered saucepan over medium heat, steam broccoli in water for 2 mins. Drain and combine with remaining ingredients. Spoon equal amounts into each tomato. Press wedges towards center. Bake at 325 in a shallow pan for 25 mins.
